The Village Home is located in the coastal area of Padang Galak, not too far from the popular tourism district of Sanur. It is just minutes from a stretch of volcanic sand beach, known for its fleet of traditional fishing boats and alluring sunrise views. The silhouette of Mount Agung rising out of the distant landscape is also visible on clear days.

The Village Home is an easy 10 - 15 minute walk along a well-maintained pathway to Sanur Harbour, where daily speed boat transfers connect Bali with the neighbouring islands of Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Penida. The stretch of beachfront between Padang Galak and Sanur is also considered an auspicious spot for ceremonies where followers of the Hindu faith come to perform purification rituals in the sea.

Padang Galak is a laid-back neighbourhood tucked behind the busy Ngurah Rai ByPass. It is strategically positioned between Sanur and various sites of interest, and the airport can be reached in 30 to 45 minutes. The property is not far from Ketewel Beach where a challenging reef break attracts surfers seeking serious waves. There are also plenty of inexpensive warungs and dining options in the immediate vicinity, many of which are easily accessible via mobile delivery apps.
